Initially this bracket was supposed to be something only for their DMD demo motorcycles, they knew it would be an extremely complex piece.
Their contacted one of their favourite designers, which is also a rider and their user, and we worked for weeks to find a design that would celebrate the DMD brand.
They wanted a bracket that would have minimal visible screws, an adjustable AMPS plate where no screws would be visible. They wanted it light, with just 7,5cm from the 12mm bar to the AMPS plate surface. They wanted it with a very special decor, carved on the aluminium surfaces.
This is the result, a piece that we will probably only be manufactured in small quantities, designed and made in Portugal, just like their app!
Initially they were not supposed to sell it but after showing the photos to some of their DMD users, they were asked to make more units and sell it. So, if you want a rather “rare” piece that celebrates DMD, this is it, something worthy of any demo build!
