The shipment of our packages in the Netherlands is provided by MyParcel in cooperation with PostNL. Outside the Netherlands the packages are sent with DPD


Benelux and Germany
Orders from € 100, - are sent free to the Benelux and Germany. For orders under € 100, - to the Benelux and Germany we charge € 6.95 (including VAT) shipping costs.

For shipments to the other European countries, the shipping costs apply regardless of the value of the order.

Europe (zone 2) and outside Europe
The costs for shipments to other European countries, as well as countries outside Europe, depend on the destination and the weight of the package and are at least € 25, - regardless of the value of the order, to be increased by a price per kilo. In case of a shipment to a destination in this category, we recommend that you contact customer service first to see what the best and most cost-effective shipping solution is.



Track & Trace code
You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail with which you can follow the shipment. This code only works after the package has been scanned at PostNL or DPD. In most cases this happens after 22:00 in the evening, but it is also possible that the code only works the next morning after 08:00.

If you have not received a Track & Trace code, please contact our customer service by e-mail at [email protected] so that we can find out what the problem is and can immediately look for a solution.

PostNL delivered from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, your order will be delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a message in the mailbox indicating the house number the package has been delivered to. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the deliverer will try a second time at a later time.

If the delivery of your order is not possible in the end, the package will then be available at a collection location where it will remain for two weeks. Also in this case you will receive a message in your mailbox about the pickup location.

If the package is not picked up at that location within two weeks, it will be returned to Bartang. Bartang's customer service will then contact you about another delivery moment or a different delivery location.



The Netherlands and Belgium
The delivery time of our products is 1-5 working days, depending on the product. If a product is not in stock, this is stated on the product page.

Other European countries
The delivery time in the other European countries is 3-8 working days, depending on the product and the destination.

Outside of Europe
The delivery time outside Europe is highly dependent on the destination. In this case, please contact customer service, where we would like to tell you more personally about the costs and delivery time of your order.
