The shipping of our parcels is provided by MyParcel in cooperation with PostNL.
The Netherlands and Belgium
Orders from € 75, - will be shipped free of charge to the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under € 75, - to the Netherlands and Belgium we charge € 6,95 (incl. VAT) shipping costs.

For shipments to the other European countries, irrespective of the value of the order, the following shipping costs apply.

Europe (zone 2) and outside Europe
The costs for shipments to other European countries as well as countries outside Europe depend on the destination and weight of the package and are at least € 25, - regardless of the value of the order plus a price per kilo. In case of a shipment to a destination in this category, we recommend that you first contact Customer Service to find out together what is the best and most cost effective shipping solution.
You will receive an email with Track & Trace code to follow the shipment. This code only works after the package has been scanned at PostNL. In most cases this happens after 22:00 hours in the evening, but it can also happen that the code does not work until the next morning after 08:00 hours.
If you have not received a Track & Trace code, please contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com so that we can find out what the problem is and immediately find a solution.
PostNL will be delivered from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, your order will be handed over to the neighbours. You will receive a message in the mailbox stating on which house number the parcel was delivered. If delivery to the neighbours is unsuccessful, the deliverer will try a second time at a later time.
If the delivery of your order is ultimately not possible, then the package will be available at a pick-up location where it will remain for two weeks. In this case too, you will receive a message in your mailbox about the collection location.
If the parcel has not been picked up at that location within two weeks, it will be sent back to Bartang. Bartang's customer service department will then contact the customer about another delivery time or another delivery location.
The Netherlands and Belgium
The delivery time of our products is 1-5 working days, depending on the product. If a product is not in stock, this is stated on the product page.
Other European countries
The delivery time in the other European countries is 3-8 working days, depending on the product and destination.
The delivery time outside Europe is strongly dependent on the destination. In this case, please contact Customer Service, where we will be happy to tell you personally about the cost and delivery time of your order.
