Klim XC Pro Pant – Premium Off-Road Pants
The Klim XC Pro Pant is the fully redesigned second generation of KLIM’s premium off-road riding pant, developed and tested under demanding race conditions. Built for aggressive off-road performance, this lightweight and highly technical pant delivers exceptional mobility, ventilation, and durability for serious riders.
The XC Pro Pant features a slim athletic fit and is constructed from highly flexible stretch materials that provide unrestricted movement on the bike. By eliminating a hanging inner liner, the pant maintains a lightweight and streamlined feel without excess bulk or material shifting during aggressive riding.
For enhanced durability, KLIM uses UHMWPE stretch fabric on the knees and seat area. This ultra-strong material significantly improves abrasion resistance and long-term wear performance. Goat leather panels on the inside of the knees provide additional grip on the bike while increasing protection in high-wear areas.
The pants also incorporate Zeromelts® Kevlar heat-resistant panels on the lower inner knees to reduce heat transfer from the exhaust system without adding unnecessary bulk. Additional reinforcement behind the knee leather improves durability when used with knee braces.
Ventilation is a major focus of the XC Pro Pant. Strategically placed laser-cut vent holes and TPU intake vents above the knees create continuous airflow during intense riding and hot weather conditions.
Practical rider-focused features include a magnetic quick-release waist buckle, adjustable waist fit system, and a zippered thigh pocket for quick access to essentials.
