The Acerbis Skid Plate for the KTM 390 Adventure R, Adventure X and Enduro R provides durable protection for the underside of the motorcycle without adding unnecessary weight. It is primarily manufactured from tough, impact-resistant plastic, combining excellent strength with enough flexibility to help reduce vibration and contact noise.
The protective design covers more than just the underside of the engine. It also protects vulnerable areas including the engine side cases, water pump and sections of the frame around the footpegs, making it particularly suitable for adventure riding and off-road use.
Integrated ventilation slots help keep weight to a minimum while maintaining airflow around the engine. The openings also make it easier to wash dirt from inside the skid plate while helping to limit the amount of gravel, mud and debris that can enter.
Installation uses the motorcycle's original mounting points, so no major modifications are required. This also makes the skid plate quick and straightforward to remove for cleaning or maintenance.
The Acerbis Skid Plate is also compatible with Acerbis X-Power ignition and clutch cover protectors.
