The Barkbusters Hardware Kit BHG-139-NP is specifically designed for the KOVE 800X, 800X Pro, and 800X Rally models from 2025 onwards. Manufactured in Australia, this mounting kit provides the solid foundation for a durable and reliable Barkbusters handguard system, engineered to OEM specifications for a precise fit.
The kit features a full-wrap aluminium backbone with two secure mounting points for maximum strength and impact protection. The heat-treated aluminium construction delivers excellent durability for adventure riding, off-road use, and long-distance travel.
The wrap-around design helps protect both the rider’s hands and critical handlebar controls from branches, rocks, crashes, and other impacts encountered during demanding riding conditions.
Installation is straightforward, and the hardware kit is compatible with several Barkbusters guard options, including JET, VPS, CARBON, and STORM guards. These plastic guards are sold separately, allowing riders to customise their setup according to their riding style and environment.
