The KLIM Badlands Pro A3 Pant is developed as the most protective adventure motorcycle pant in the KLIM range. This third generation stands out due to its CE AAA certification, a protection level rarely achieved by textile motorcycle pants and typically reserved for leather race gear. Reaching this rating in a fully waterproof, non-leather pant makes the Badlands Pro A3 Pant unique within the adventure segment.
The pant is constructed with a GORE-TEX 3-layer Pro Shell, providing permanent waterproof and windproof protection while maintaining breathability. Superfabric reinforcements on the knees and integrated Vectran materials deliver extra protection in the event of contact with the road surface. The material selection focuses on maximum tear and abrasion resistance while remaining flexible and wearable as a textile garment.
Protection is provided by KLIM Rogue EXP Level 2 armor at the hips and knees. These protectors are thinner, lighter and better ventilated than traditional Level 2 armor while contributing directly to the CE AAA certification according to EN 17092-2. The armor is anatomically shaped and positioned to support stability and freedom of movement while riding.
Ventilation is handled through an extensive system with intake and exhaust vents on the thighs and lower legs. This allows controlled airflow while riding and helps maintain comfort across varying temperatures and riding intensity.
Storage options are functional and well organized. Large thigh cargo pockets provide space for essential items, supported by internal organizer compartments. The pant is designed to fit over off-road boots and integrates seamlessly with the matching Badlands Pro A3 Jacket.
