Besides the fact that the Oxford handle heating gets increddibly hot, it is also very easy to adjust the temperature. With 5 different settings there is always a setting that suits the weather and the gloves you are driving with.
The difference in patterns of the rubber ensures a high level of comfort without losing control. The inner part is equipped with a block pattern which provides extra vibration damping and further outward patterns are applied for more grip and control over your handlebars.
Are you afraid that your battery will be drained? The smart heat controller has a built-in vibration sensor. When the motor turns off, the controller detects this and after two minutes it will set the temperature back to 30% and after 5 minutes it will turn the whole system off. If this is too much load for your battery, it will also switch off below 10.5V.
The installation of the handles is very easy. Because of the smart controller, the Hot Grips can be connected directly to the battery. There are connectors on the handles and the regulator so nothing needs to be cut or soldered. Because the space for the handles can vary, the last centimetre is not heated and can be customized to your needs.
